Mediacom email within the Des Moines region hasbeen "in move" to some "better" support for greater than a week. Originally, nothing worked, then email was really sluggish or not delivered whatsoever. Today it's enhanced, but I am utilizing an Apple computer and required aid with resetting my bill. After wading via an intensive telephone pine and waiting on-hold another five units, I had been ultimately attached to a. Sadly, he was no aid at-all - Mediacom doesn't help MacIntosh and he was not licensed on MacIntosh. He'd no more recommendations for me, and stated it'd "possibly" be okay once the migration was completed. He'd no concept when that might be. It was not truly the technology individualis problem-Mediacom simply has horrible customer support!
