Phone card keeps expiring, balance leaching away

I first set $20 on the calling card with CelticTel.com in Dec. I just contact one older general (she's no e-mail/Skype consideration) in Ireland at Holiday and her birthday, therefore a couple of months may pass before I call again. Undoubtedly, after I attempt to create a phone it claims the "card has terminated". It may take a few times of telephone calls to unexpire it. I had been therefore nervous to create a call in December I topped off the card again with another $20, just-so I really could create a phone. Based on my online bill, I created two calls at Holiday, equally under $1 in price. Below I'm in June and my card is again "ended" - despite the fact that their site promises that cards-donot end. Our bill claims "$5.75" stability, despite the fact that I created significantly less than $2 value of calls onto it, plus there is several bucks of the balance before I topped it down. There's not said to be a regular charge, however the stability is draining away. The telephone assistance is enjoyable but amatuerish ("leave a note and we will contact you back"). I'd not recommend this company. Anything is wrong.
