Phone didn't ring

Whenever you purchase a telephone, you anticipate in order to create calls and rcv calls. I purchased this LG TracFone, named customer svc to trigger it, which required 20 units, and flew in the united states to make use of it on holiday. First, the telephone would not create outgoing calls, and so I invested another 20 units with customer svc to repair that. Then I realize that the telephone does not ring! People can only just keep texts. Customer Support stated that I'd to contact from ANOTHER phone to repair this, but I had been on holiday and this was my only telephone. Returned, reported that used to donot possess a working telephone for my holiday. Too bad, no refunds. Something which ought to be very easy turned sooo complex. Not really a happy client!
