Call2 card - doesn't work on all

In short — I bought this long-distance phone support many months before, preferably, to create telephone calls to Rwanda. It generally does not function — whatsoever. The concept is the fact that you create the phone call (online) by code in your telephone number, the number you're calling after which struck the phone call option. The Call2 organization statements that they can subsequently create the phone call for you and contact you back immediately, together with your owner online. That is completely phony. I've attempted to get this done countless occasions. I've viewed their guide. I've been through almost all their FAQs. I've tried everything feasible and nothing works. I've called them-and constantly obtain a chaotic indication, despite the fact that they declare that even if you receive a chaotic signal they'll contact you back. They do not. I've sent their customer support. To no avail. They don't react by any means whatsoever. The long-distance company is deceptive so far as I will notice. I will create no telephone calls, I get no support plus they don't react at-all to telephone calls or emails. The things they did, lately, is send mean email to inform me that my consideration will end up defunct (together waiting on hold towards the 25 lbs) easily don't make use of the support over the following five times.
