Useless customer support

I named Polycom customer care to inquire about interop with different telephones. Every additional IP telephone shows movie instantly the moment they obtain it, but polycom telephone possess a wait of 3 seconds. The tech-support didn't have any understanding of what I'm referring to and kep providing me nonsense recommendations. I probed more and he explained I'd need to call-back using the merchant. It is as though he was doing me a benefit of speaking with me. That is really poor.

Horrible customer support along with a business which does not care.
