Customer support & tech support is terrible

Macafee customer support and tech-support may be the worst pain actually. Customer care and technology providers are in India plus they don't care when you have an issue. Lastly discovered America corporate office telephone number on the web and after recording my issue, they delivered me back to tech-support and also the entire goat string began again.

After spending hours about the telephone with client service and technology support, nothing was actually solved. It seems that they're adhering to a software and cannot understand something that does not match there. I'll NEVER purchase a Macafee item again. Assistance and customer support is really poor it creates "Peggy" seem like a glowing star.
