I modified from AOL to Red broadband wirless, once I received the container and tryed to set up it the put up disc wasn't functioning. I subsequently named red tech-support that they subsequently explained that I had been not likely to link untill two nights later. I waited patiently without any access to the internet as AOL had terminated my bill. I named then two nights later and also the tech-support experienced a procedure personally of providing me entry. Five nights later the entire program transpired at 1am I waited till the day and named them. They got me togo through some actions of screening it after which explained there program was along and that I must contact 24 hours later. That we did plus they explained the same which I required a-line check completed and also to contact them in 24 to 48 hours. I've been about the telephone for them several hours and several days as a whole 10-15 times. They're continuosly informing me the same and declining to stop my consideration and never have to spend the 12-month agreement. Which on a single event a boss explained these were eliminating it after which I had been to make contact with customer care for this to-go through at there finish. This didn't undergo and tech-support is informing me to make contact with customer care because they cannot authorise it after which customer care is informing me they cannot authorise it. As a result of this I'm not able to obtain access to every other broadband supplier and presently am link by dial-up with AOL. Red providers are unreliable and poor.
