Incompetent Workers and Horrible Customer Service

I went with Obvious Instant to get a cheaper telephone and online sites. I created the preparations on the Friday and by Friday once the gear came, my telephone number, that we had had for a long time with AT&T have been ported to Obvious.By Wednesday (4 nights later), the gear didn't function, my deposit was eliminated, and my telephone number was in outerspace, not to be retrived again. The region by which I stay was not able to obtain a distinct sign. Why did not anybody at Obvious realize that before they delivered the gear? Specialists aren't open to supply these details or even the tech support team required to make sure the support they're providing is assured within the places by which they promote. After instantly returning the gear, I had been provided the runaround looking to get my deposit back. The misfortune within the whole scenario may be the proven fact that each time I named Obvious, I Have had inexperienced customer support representatives who do not speak English well-enough to help me or comprehend my issue!
