I was thinking about changing my support to Group Cell from Verizon however now I am unsure. To begin with, I invest AN HOUR OR SO yesterday attempting to purchase the G2 telephone with new support as well as their site held bombing out. I had been on line having a talk consultant who kept showing me to "refresh" the site which did only provide me a clear screen. She explained try later-after investing one hour attempting to purchase a telephone.

Works out these were upgrading their website yesterday (should not the repetition. Realize that???) and the telephone I needed isn't any longer on-marketing. Evidently, this really is OUR PROBLEM simply because they did not get my SS or charge card data. That we wont have input it EASILY MIGHT HAVE REACHED THAT PAGE TO INPUT IT.

She was in and just why she was receiving my data just-so I really could REALIZE WHY I had been about the telephone for SUCH A LONG TIME she got discouraged with me and was like " Search I simply got this phone". TRULY? They she kept apologizing after which served enjoy it was my problem I had been therefore discouraged that I couldnot obtain the telephone I needed for that cost I needed despite the fact that the main reason couldnot have it due to their site problems.

Charlene asked easily oriented keeping again and couldnot realize why I couldnot hang on for LONGER since I've to visit FUNCTION. She also could not realize why I would not call-back... Actually?
