Terrible service

Net-10 is just a fraud! I purchased the brand new lg 800g at-best purchase, introduced it house and transferred the support and quantity from my aged net-10 phone to my new telephone. I explored online before I did so other things, to determine if there is a restriction about the quantity of moments I really could move, and discovered no mention everywhere of any restriction about the # of moments you are able to transfer. There were 1375 moments and more than 90 days left on my aged phone. When i transferred to my new telephone, i just had 1100 moments and 120 days of support. I dropped 275 moments and simply approved that, thinking there have been no further problems and that was a suitable loss. Then the microphone about the new telephone didn't function, i attempted calls i attempted voice recorder and neither worked. And so I named net-10 and invested more than 30 units simply waiting to keep in touch with someone. Finally talked to customer support and described the issue. They'd me upgrade anything i attempted, (switch on and down, alter quantity, etc). I discussed the microphone wasn't functioning. They said I really could restore the telephone ot bestbuy and trade it. Then they offered me a solution quantity and stated there could be not a problem transferring anything towards the new replacement. (this really is where the issues start).

I obtain the new alternative telephone house and phone Net-10 using the solution number. They cannot discover the solution # within the program. I describe anything (again) plus they stated not a problem and procede to productive the telephone. Well, the triggered the brand new telephone, having a FRESH phone number, 10 moments of airtime and 60days of support. I told the repetition this was incorrect, described AGAIN exactly what the issue was and what must be completed to repair it. She attempted a few things-but nothing appeared to function. I asked to get a boss. She could include my moments back and was said to be focusing on obtaining my support times updated, but hung-up on me instead. Sooo, back to the telephone line, back again to customer support and that I instantly requested to get a boss. Therefore today i talk to a brand new boss, clarify anything (AGAIN) and after investing additional time waiting and waiting, we ultimately obtain the support times updated. Today onto obtaining my previous # back. I actually do anything they inform me related to the telephone, they today stated that the # is transferred also it may take as much as one hour prior to the phone number changes. I stated that was good, but I needed an immediate phone # that I really could call-in event there's still a problem. He explained that there is no additional telephone # compared to customer support line! (i worked 7 years in insurance customer support and realize that isn't accurate!) i told him, he operates within an office, in a building, which there is a telephone number for that office and that I needed that quantity. He held fighting that there is no additional # to provide. I told him I needed to talk to a supervisor above him who might provide me a telephone # to contact if there is a problem. If there is no problem I'd simply throw that amount absent. He explained the supervisor might declare the same. I stated that was okay, that I'd delay on-hold with him till i talked to some supervisor or 1-hour had handed and that I might try my phone again. (more store period...) and lastly i talk to a and described the problem. He gave me the # for that supervisor's division. Therefore since has ended 3 hours of my entire life lost simply to update my telephone. Today, simply to summarize... 1) they took from me=275 moments and 3hrs of my entire life lost about the telephone; 2) these were incompetent=screwed up the move, hung-up on me, and declined to provide me an immediate phone # to contact them at. I have nearly attained the 1hr delay period they explained for that telephone # move to take effect. I will provide them with 1hr and fifteen minutes before notice if i got my previous amount back. I actually donot have much religion that I'll get my amount back.

... Nearly 2.5 hours later, i still do not have my number. Now they're likely to deliver a brand new sim-card, and it is probable that i wont get my amount back.

I think I am likely to require treatment following this experience...
