The PURSUIT lender got around for Washington Shared not-too long before. Last month I noticed I'd overlooked to send my cost over time for this to become obtained from the deadline of 4/7/09. I determined on 4/7/09 to make the payment by phone so it WOULDN'T be overdue. I named, created the cost by telephone and got charged $9.95. Nowadays, when taking a look at my May bill, I understood they'd a late-payment charge for $39.00 on my bill. After I named the "consultant", no further named customer support! I had been informed that I'd created my cost by telephone AFTER 4pm eastern period that will be evidently 3pm my period in Biloxi, MS. I noticed that they'd billed me $9.95 to pay for it by phone which easily had recognized these were likely to depend it as overdue, I'd have simply shipped it in and never compensated by telephone. I expected them to consider some of those costs down, she declined. I requested to consult with a boss, I had been informed a supervisor would not consider my phone which there is NO BODY over her for me personally to speak with. Discouraged, I inquired if she was declining to I would like to talk to a boss, she stated "PROPER!" I really couldnot think it! I informed her to stop my consideration, which she did. She created several more smart aleck comments and I simply informed her I Would call-back and consult with another person.

I called back and was placed on the telephone having a male boss called "Christopher". I described the problem and requested about if he TRULY believed Pursuit had been reasonable? He did not reply but managed to get clear they wouldn't remove any costs, and they had absorbed for Washington Shared and had made changes. Recognize there is never any noisy speaking or name-calling, simply allowing me realize that they no further need or evidently require my company. He actually explained that while he sympathized, easily desired to reopen my bill today, I'd need to be reevaluated. I told him to forget it. It had been apparent they did not care when they lost clients.

I'm simply surprised! I'd no thought there is no further customer support at these credit card issuers. Exactly what the heck did congress provide these large businesses all of this cash for if they're likely to be so terrible towards the community??? I really hope oneday they deliver me a demand to obtain a card. They'll get an earful!!
