Rude Sales Rep - Valarie

I created a fee for telephone support online. I published a confirmation page using the verification number. The internet Myverizon.com didn't display this cost. I named to discover that which was happening. The sales person was really rude. Valarie kept asking me exactly the same concerns. I informed her I'd responded what I really could, but she insisted she needed extra information. After five minutes, I required another sales person. She got real angry and stated she was just attempting to assist me. The she went quiet for around 1 moments, till I questioned if she was still about the point. She stated she was awaiting me to answer her concerns. I believed to her, "what concerns?" She responded, "I currently requested you, simply reply me". While she eventually transferred me, it got her about another 90 moments, after which I had been speaking with a repetition that managed Va and Baltimore, and that I am in Nj. That ladies couldn't move me back to some NJ repetition, and so I needed to hang-up and call-back, Which got another 4 units on-hold. I still didn't get a solution to my problem concerning the absent cost. I had been just informed that it could appear on my next statement. The planet is saturated in lazy fools.
