Verizon FIOS
Can't get them to install it

My partner and that I have just existed within the Fort Wayne, IN region since Sept. 1st of the year. We're from Michigan.in the region of MI we're from, Verizon is a mobile phone provider. Your mobile phone provider. We were thrilled about obtaining the pack bundle of FiOS Television, telephone and web. We requested it. Three differing times, every time we received an installment day more than 3 months. That will be uncommon, in virtually any transactions with wire, we've previously experienced. We've however, to obtain Verizon FiOS. We're with Comcast. We'd no difficulties with Comcast. They arrived in 4 times and we've been together since. A Verizon salesman found our doorway and stated they might save me $50. Per month. I described the issues we'd previously. I had been guaranteed this could no further be considered a difficulty, easily decided to register. I had been provided the salespersons mobile phone, and an 800-number I really could actually employ about the breaks. We decided. The salesman named back having a few additional concerns after which again later having a confirmation number. I had been advised I'd receive a phone from Verizon by having an installment time. I certainly received that phone. It explained I'd an installment day of Nov. 2nd (3 months out again). I had been not before a calender, and so I was ignorant it had been a Saturday. After I did relize it, I believed, "nicely, they're a sizable organization...". The contractors never arrived. That quantity for weekend customer care, delivered us to some saving having said that work we were trying to phone was shut. The salesman, stated they do not do installations on Saturday so he does not understand why were informed that, and offered us anothe rnumber to utilize. My partner was on-hold many moments before he was disconnected. The next Friday comes and we still haven't seen from Verizon. My partner calls, gets placed on hold for all moments to become informed, first they might not discover our purchase and finally, that people were placed on a credit store. The concerns they required responded were exactly the same types the salesman named me back for. No body named our house to request these concerns, they simply place our consideration on-hold after which didn't do something, including adding our wire, web and telephone. We were informed it was the main organization for these kind of providers. There's no means. I'm surprised that the business this m;arger might have this type of piss-poor customer support. We're able tonot actually encourage them to instyall it and we've been their clients for more than 2 years. We were informed that's an entire various service and never attached to our mobile phone support. My partner told them after 2 1/2 weeks of run around with no support, it never can be.
