Rude, Dogmatic and Unhelpful!

IC Methods delivered me a notice declaring I owed Verizon $114.04 in costs. I'd ended my support with Verizon nearly six months before and was unacquainted with any outstanding bills with Verizon. I named IC Methods and after waiting on-hold for fifteen minutes handled an owner which was unhelpful and simply needed me to: 1. Pay or 2. Drop to pay for. She'd not provide me-any info in regards to what the exceptional stability was for... She was rude and continuously spoke over me when I was attempting to ask her concerns. She stated calling Verizon wouldn't assist which Verizon wouldn't provide me-any info concerning the issue.

I put up the telephone and named Verizon.
