I named Dish Network on 4/16 to change my wire around since it appeared just like a great deal. The sales person was really aware and responded all my concerns and so I registered. I had been educated I'd get a number of emails within 10 moments including information on the agreement and an addtional discount that we should use for. Well I never got these emails. After I called back again to inquire about the emails I had been instantly sent to customer support since I have was today on the program. The client service representative. Was totally unaware and stated I'd not obtain a contact till following the installment continues to be finished. I told him it was incorrect and that I needed these emails and so I might review precisely what I had been engaging in. I requested to talk to a boss three times and was refused this demand. I request to consult with my sales person and was ostensibly informed that is difficult and I'd not at all be getting any mail at the moment.By this stage I had been therefore disappointed I chose to stop this. I had been used in another broker who had been really rude and didn't consider my issues seriously. At-one stage she was shouting! I couldn't think it. I had been subsequently told I'd obtain a call-back within 2 hours to stop. I never did. I'd to call-back again to ultimately have it terminated and also the broker stated "Oh I notice you had been annoyed since you did not get a contact"? No, I had been upset using the whole encounter over anything as easy being an email. I'm so happy I came across this insufficient professionalism before I had been secured set for 24 months! I plan on getting my problem more. I've the titles of all of the brokers I talked with and think anything must be achieved. Coincidentally, about five minutes after my last telephone call I began receiving telemarketing calls on my mobile phone and emails about quotes that I never actually requested. Therefore today I'm worried this one of those premature, misleading brokers has sacrificed my info. Social security number, tackle, banking account info.
