No answer from the Vodacom call centre

I've experienced high-data useage on my information pack for 2 following weeks. I've attempted confirming this issue to Vodacom Info Records Department (082 155) going back 8 weeks and everytime I contact (atleast thrice per week), I invest no less than 40minutes about the telephone hearing the today many frustrating 'on-hold' melody, with nevertheless simply no one addressing the telephone following the delay.

I actually tried contacting the 011 - 653 5000 quantity today and everytime I get stop. Today another month has handed with my statement again more than R2500, when previously my typical was a managebale R800 to R1000.

Is anybody working in the information balances call-centre, or has got the downturn struck them also, they've needed to allow team proceed! Vodacom is fast to money and penalise customers, but extremely seldom are they actually accessible, not to mention their call-centre team when me like a customer includes a question!
