There comes a place that you experienced when ENOUGH IS SUFFICIENT! I have been a VODACOM customer for 17 years now. Our bill is never below R2 700 per month and occasionally as large as R4000 P.M. I visited the united states for 4 times. On return I had been delivered a statement of R10 000. Seeking itemised billing I realized that I'd R6 500 value of payment without any figures designated or period allocated to the telephone 00:00: 00. This cost was done-for 4 times occasionally 2 seconds apart everytime at R2.41. I have been seeking the help of customer solutions, the information division and also the Credit and danger division because the last week in Oct. (With e-mails to show). I approached Vodacom on the Sunday morning when my support was stopped while operating from BFN to JHB (lady alone). Our first phone created at 09:00 and waiting on hold until 12:00 WITHOUT ANY HELP! And never one individual might aid me, moving me in one to a different. Providing me 011 figures to phone (I'm operating, nor possess a telephone because of suspension) I get calls, e-mails, sms that they can return to me in 2 weeks. It has been over per month. Been about the telephone together for 4 hours, declining to provide me a title of division mind! No support in my own region for 4 decades!
