I skipped a-1 month cost and requested Vodacom to pls provide me-time to pay for and never to remove my point, however they did remove it, i subsequently needed to spend a silly add up to get my traces ready to go and consideration current. I had been informed that I had been due for an update conclusion of July. Nowadays i named to confirm this and that I was informed that I'm today on the rehabilitation consideration of course if I do want to be eligible for updates or other things I have to spend more income to stop the balances and re-apply together. No body described this method in my experience and that I believe Vodacom takes from its clients, It's not my responsibility to check out up and find out exactly what the process is I'm the client and that I have now been a vodacom client for several years. I'm appauled by this and don't think that they've their clients needs in mind.
