Vodacom deleted my number that I have been using for the past five years with no absolute reason

Vodacom removed my amount that I've been applying for that previous five decades without any overall cause. Our fone simply went dead old 30/01. I foned their ineffective call-centre dated 31/01 to discover what may be the issue. I had been informed that my amount continues to be inadvertently erased of the community and they'll examine just what happend and advise me 24 hours later. Each day approved without any phone from Vodacom. I subsequently chose to fone the ineffective call-centre again about the next of February to discover exactly what the issue is really as I've waited long and that I am anticipating extremely important calls. I had been informed my amount is likely to be reactivated within twenty four hours and that I decided.

To my surprise about the 4th February Vodacom provided away my quantity to somebody else so when I called to see them, they simply explained there's nothing they are able to do because they have previously provided my quantity to another person.

That Is one horrible encounter I'll always remember. It's just like they've obtained my entire life and trained with to another person. It's possible to consider that I will have to begin anew from banks etc due to the fact Vodacom chose to remove me from their community. I am talking about a mistake is on the aspect, I did so practically nothing inappropriate and today I've to endure the consequences……. Excessively dissapointed…
