(florist) is horrible! Ripped off and cheated!

I ordered flowers for my daughter's 40th birthday. I got this florist from our local yellow pages (big ad etc) They did a terrible job. They were supposed to send a basket of plants and fresh flowers. The fresh flowers looked like I went into my backyard, cut the stems off some flowers and put them in a vase.

So the very next day I called the owner (Rocco) and explained my situation and he went ballistic. He told me to go back up North (which is where I'm from) if I want FTD flowers. This is what they consider nice. These flowers were very expensive, and he could care less. He is refusing to do anything, so of course I will call my credit card company and dispute it.

So beware if you decide to buy from them. If you have a problem they won't do anything about it. So much for the war between the states being over.
