False Information/Over charge

I talked with not just one but two Verizon reps on 5/23. Among our kids lives close to the Texas region as his support with Verizon is irregular at-best. We named to inquire about porting his Verizon to AT&T and equally repetitions recommended us that there might just be considered a $15.00 quantity change charge. We stated go right ahead and interface the amount over. AT&T called us plus they transformed the amount over. Verizon informed us it'd consider about 3-4 times along with a repetition might contact us back again to alter the number to some nearby 903 quantity. I called back on 5/24. I talked with four (that proper) four separate people, to inlcude 2 administrators. All-they kept telling me is the fact that it was regarded an earlier remove and we'd be billed $200 early remove after which a $35 re connect after which $15 quantity change charge.
