Verizon Contract lock in

Have had a Verizon wireless family plan for many years and wanted to remove one of my grown children who is out on their own now... Verizon wants $130.00 to remove them for early contract termination even though they are not the primary on the account... Lots of run around, say supervisor not available because they are too busy... Be aware!
