I cancelled thier service. They sent me a bill for $1000.00

I had been never informed in regards to a cancelation fee. They delivered be considered a statement for $1000.00 since I ended thier support. I've named and advised them that plus they WOn't alter something. They keep showing me that I decided with a 3rd party and that I don't recall such phone. I've talked to Sharyl Fowler and he or she was rude and incredibly adament that there could be no changes. This is outrageous. Discuss a rip off. It ought to be my to stop after I wish. Where have our privileges to become independence to create our very own options eliminated?
