Illing for service I didnt' orde

I simply received my Oct. Bill from Verizon, including my Direct TV statement. I am being charged for that ESPN Gameplan that we never requested. Nevertheless I am being informed I ordered it via remote on 8/15/08, however they cannot tell me which distant/reciever ordered it or even the period it had been requested. And so I requested really properly to possess it eliminated, and was informed that it'd to become ended prior to the period began. I again mentioned I never requested it, therefore please remove it from my statement. They WOn't achieve this. And so I talked to some boss/mananger and was informed it can not be returned or eliminated once requested. I confronted to stop support plus they said okay. I told them you'd rather shed a brand new client, than eliminate a $54.00 cost, and that I was advised yes.
