After being okay'd to possess Virginia financing charge delivered, I acquired the "run around" attempting to contact Independence Mortgage. The Virginia stated the resources were delivered to Independence. Thirty days later, Independence claims they have no report of bill. Everybody i talked to at Independence claims they cannot do something and contact Virginia. I've attempted to spesk with among their elderly workers who I'm informed has capability to aid, ROSE ANN GOLDBERG, but she'd just talk to me through the assistant... Not straight. Main point here... DON'T utilize FLEXIBILITY MORTGAGE, if you want aid they'll move one to "their" customer support (customer support isn't section of Independence, they're 3rd party paper-pushers). I really hope the VA says this and eliminates this deceptive organization from providing VA loans.
