Refuse to issue refund

They WOn't spend my reimbursement and that I cannot speak with anybody. The telephone program claims my telephone number does not occur. Their telephone program may be the sets... Can't get one to speak with. Simply get round and round. I'm owed a reimbursement but still have not noticed it. Their email address is low-operating. Are they out-of company??? I've invested hrs redialing and going right through all of the requests... To no avail. If anybody might help with another telephone number that might be excellent. I'd like my money-back, TODAY. They're preventing the reimbursement.
