Well, it's today 15 days after I terminated my purchase with Kingdom and I still haven't obtained a reimbursement or, for instance, noticed something from their store, despite the fact that I Have named their clients support office many times. Regulations within this condition claims they should provide me my money-back within 10 times. Yes, right. They keep me on-hold for approximately 10-15 minutes every time I attempt to contact, then somebody informs me they prepared it, when they move me towards the reimbursement dept., they inform me they simply got it and it'll consider another 10 to 15 business days. I've sent emails (thru their site) and remaining voice-mail communications to no avail. They wont provide mean email, actual address of the corporate practices (or every other workplace), telephone number, nothing. They declare it isn't their plan to provide that out. What??? What type of uneven organization wont let you know wherever they truly are situated or provide you with in whatever way to have ahold of anybody except by their jingle telephone number? Exactly what a freakin' rip-off this type of person!!!
