I received an account from Heritage Billing Support for $10.95 to get a phone I never obtained. I instantly named - not just the phone call was never obtained (I wasn`t actually house for the reason that day), but I obtained a statement due on dec 20th on January 13.

I had been informed that some unfamiliar individual might have positioned a collect phone to my house. Heritage was never able to inform me who put the phone call or who obtained the phone call they dont have any tape of the phone call or something like this. No body was house at that time Heritage stated the phone call was positioned.
