I created a collect phone from the pay-phone in the airport, Newark, NJ. Heritage LD charged $25 through AT&T. Crazy! Heritage stated "we possess the payphones and certainly will bill something we would like." FCC forwards issues towards the merchant within an energy to solve the criticism. Our characters to Heritage obtained no response, but I obtained a 90% credit soon after producing my criticism towards the FCC.

AT&T capabilities like a 3rd party merchant and certainly will credit back overdue costs and supply 90-day interval to be able to solve the problem with Heritage.
