Obtained a cost on my telephone statement from Heritage LTD Int'l Inc to get a collect phone. I don't accept collect calls. Cost is $30.00 for three minutes. Talked towards the customer support - thei perspective is it may be solved by my spending the statement. Their evidence that I approved ithe phone s they charged me. Obviously their supervisor includes a voice-mail without any return phone. I'll be processing a with BBB and FCC every other company I will find.
