Dishonest Charges

I obtained a bill from AT&T and observe that I'd a cost of 19.75 on my statement. The cost was from Heritage LD IntL.inc. (800) 553-4218

I named the telephone number and was voiced to very rudley with a lady who made a decision to be cynical in the place of detailing the costs.

I called again and was informed the costs are $10.00 for that first five minutes on the collect phone. I told them the costs weren't described about the telephone towards the individual who approved the collect phone. They explained they're about the telephone. Meaning the individual putting the collect phone can easily see the costs not the individual taking the phone call who's often the individual spending the statement... This can be a really dishonest Organization!

They explained to create a notice and challenge the costs...
