Unbelievably billed from Heritage LD INTL!

On 8-19 i obtained a collect call that she'd secured out himself, her bag, and also the secrets have been in the vehicle, i approved I was recommended by the call in those days nobody of the call's price. On 10-1-06 i received at&t's bill which includes (legacy ld intl, inc) bill, they had charged me $36,76 for the minute that i talked to my wife. I named them (188-553-4218) and requested, that which was this cost for, he explained that it had been for the collect call that i obtained on8-19-July from the payphone, i got annoyed and stated, for one-call, yes he said which was their price, i said (you folks are robbers and steeling from people with one of these type of costs) then we put up.

Please if you're able to assist or provide me some type of quality for this issue smb. Display all of the customers to understand about that organization.
