Rude and slow

I acquired series calls from IM Options regarding a Verizon Wireless statement. Verizon stated I closed a-2 year agreement and had an earlier termination charge. Completely absurd, but that isn't the purpose. I talked having a repetition from IM Options that explained that I avoided spending expenses and "am somebody who makes customers appear poor"... I stated have you been severe, this statement is wholly incorrect! He stayed small me, I eventually got frustrated and hungup. Worst of however, I submitted a notice detailing my scenario. Obviously, today they do not wish to talk to me and state my criticism is in an extended range.in the beginning they named me daily, since I have delivered a notice... They don't return to me. Terrible organization, I'm really contemplating pursuing them officially despite the fact that I'll drop profit the finish. I can not stay the corporation or its reps!!! I never complain about something, but the corporation is absurd!
