Verizon Wireless
Deceptive Practice

I ported several from Verizon Wireless to AT&T at the final outcome of the two year agreement. I acquired many calls from Verizon Wireless stating when I returned, they'd credit me with 2 weeks of service cost and renounce the service charge. AT&T protection in my own region wasn't sufficient. I'd many dropped calls and didn't have support after I needed it. I decided to return to Verizon. The representative establishing the support at their unique phone number stated obviously that 2 weeks of support costs could be acknowledged to my bill.
I received my statement. To my shock, there is a charge of $35 and there is no credit. I named Verizon Wireless plus they decided to credit the service charge although not provide the offer they'd stated earlier. This can be a traditional "baitandswitch." Like a subject of theory, I ended my support.
I'd like everybody to become mindful that Verizon Wireless partcipates in deceptive business training. They don't recognize their particular obligations. Buyer beware.
