Unreliable dsl and negligent customer service

Where you can start? Both months my DSL has run at rates significantly less than 0.90 bps or even the bull concerning repairing the problem? We purchase 10 meg and certainly will just have it within the early hours of the day once the broadband is not bombarded. The support man mentioned Millennium link has over-sold and can't manage the client load. Well, one or more truthful individual works for millennium link... 11 hours about the telephone pining, and hashing and ftping till my fingertips are tender to become informed, Gee mr. Hendrick your DSL is sluggish and it is on our finish. Well duh... I request a telephone number to anyone in customer support that may assist me and was informed, "I am sorry there'snot anybody." While Embarq possessed us we never had problems such as this, heck when sprint-owned us it had beennot as bad because it has become. I wonder if I contact the boss of Millennium Link and provide the listing of titles and worker identificationis I Have gathered if it'll make a difference in my own issue?
