I bought the magic jack from walmart, we really thought this would be awesome, both my hubby and i have own home business, this i thought would save us money, unfortunately we are spending more money, we are having to use our cell phone to contact our customer which automatically we are using more minutes on our cell phones this is awefull you can't make or take calls, i have not heard my phone ring in a long time, i woould really want to know what the hell can we do? Desperate for some answers.
