I had been with RUN just for more than 6 years... Our typical statement was between $150 and $200/month with spikes more than $500 sometimes. Almost 24 months previously a RUN salesman spoke me into obtaining a new telephone and re signing a brand new 2-year agreement. Many months later I shifted 2 kilometers up the road where I obtained horrible (if any) party. To get a year 5 I did so anything I really could to obtain support from RUN. Our buddies telephones (with additional companies) worked good in my own new community. Following a year 5 RUN recommended it had been the phone and that I must re sign (to obtain a new telephone) for another 24 months... I had beennot going to do this... Per month later I skipped an essential phone regarding a buddy on his deathbed, and skipped the opportunity to visit him before he died. 24 hours later I went and got a brand new telephone with AT&T (which gets excellent party). After I ended my telephone with RUN they charged me the entire $150 early termination charge (despite the fact that I had been just six months lacking the two year agreement). I tried settling with RUN, but all I obtained was type characters and rude customer support representatives!

Run in without customer support and certainly will not repair issues the have produced. They simply do not care!
