To get a year I handled bad support from Helio. I'd system problems & support issues. The unit might freeze-up often and occasionally wouldn't switch on. The telephone had never been broken. Phone. Frequently my Helio telephone wouldn't actually link, it'd be "not able to spot the phone call". Never had come through. Our web that I taken care of about the telephone ceased operating about six months in to the 2-year agreement and Helio couldn't repair it. Since I have have registered having a new provider, my calls have now been superior and therefore are seldom fallen. Dropped calls and terrible party was undesirable since I have had a need to do a lot of my company within the telephone and was not able to consult with customers because of the low quality and support. (NOTE: My telephone and encounter isn't an exclusion, my entire household continue being clients of Helio simply because they don't wish to spend the termination charge, but their telephones and support are just as poor as mine continues to be.)
