Rebate Fraud

Bought phone from Cook's had a dual refund about the telephone. Posted anything prior to refund needs.organization will not supply any info with reagrd towards the refund procedure. Customer support stated why-don't you consider the telephones back again to the shop. Told them I can not since I have submitted my UPC using the refund. They believed to deliver a contact to discounts@atsphones that we did three times without any reaction. Obviously the corporation is focusing on "refund damage" so they wont need to supply customers with discounts. I intend on processing a using the Condition consumer matters for scam and deceptive methods. I'd prevent buying something witha refund from FRYS which organization.
