Did not receive $15 rebate on telephone!

I purchased my ATS phone in September at Walgreens in Sedona, AZ. It guaranteed a $15 refund. I submitted the required refund, and noticed on the web site that it'd been obtained and it is "being prepared" — since last July! I've named numerous phone numbers and spoke to a lot of ATS consultant previously couple of months. They keep stating the same: "Your refund is onto itis method" NOT! I've informed the Sedona Walgreens supervisor and all my buddies concerning the ATS fraud and never to purchase some of their items or conduct business with National Telecom again.
