Don't purchase something out of this organization!

I bought the phone collection from Office Website 12/06 and submitted all refund supplies required to truly have the $29.99 refund within 1 week. I noticed nothing till March after I obtained a postcard saying the refund was rejected when I didn't range from the unique qualifying UPC rules despite the fact that one form plainly mentioned A DUPLICATE of the UPC was appropriate and that I delivered the initial using the different type. It stated I had been to deliver them in using the card by April 9. I named the amount about the card and was informed the cards were incorrectly sent and never to fear. I attempted today (4/18) to contact the amount again which period there is no live individual option-but only a saving showing everybody when they posted anything properly we ought to get the discounts within 10 months of distribution.
