Lost phone recovered, no service!

Our telephone was dropped and retrieved 3 days later. It had been retrieved about the 25th of Jan-08. For this day, 2/4, my phone is still not functional. I was advised I'd need to supply evidence of purchase, times etc. The thing is I had beennot informed of the until 4 days after I attempted to obtain it switched on. And so I supplied all necessary data and was subsequently informed 24 to 48-hours to show telephone on. Well it's today february 4th 08 and you know what NO telephone. Today they state 24 to 72 hours, I am talking about 3 business days. Well I'd a weekend between there and we're about the fifth evening WITHOUT ANY telephone. But still no solution regarding when it might be switched on.

Trust me after I declare you've no-where to show. The PUC gets you in touch with the "Government workplace" that does nothing, along with a written criticism solution, more than 60 times. I've submitted a using the PUC, FCC and Customers matters. Nevertheless, the customers matters DOESN'T manage telecom issues.
