Area code changing problem

On Aug 2 I've required a big change of region code on the t mobile Togo prepaid credit card. I've been informed the new quantity could be productive within 24 hours. Soon after I obtained a text using the new quantity. A day later the amount was still not productive. I named the client support and was informed that it might occupy to 48-hours as a result of backlog. After 48 hours I named again and was informed that, as a result of prevalent complex issue, it might occupy to 72 hours. After pushing to understand exactly what the character of the issue was, I was informed that it's really unknown just how much it will take to do the required change, 2,3, 4 times, per week... They explained to keep calling to understand the standing! I told them that both their support as well as their conversation to clients was exceptionally bad (why did they not inform me upfront that there is an issue? I really could have held my previous region code for some more times) and they were losing clients. Very little of the response, they clearly have sufficient clients. The ground boss I talked to is just a Charlie (#83563591). Is there the absolute minimum assured support that providers need to supply with phone prepaid providers? Thanks. Alberto Gianoli
