Deceptive practice

Watch out for ATT U Verse! Because adding ATT U Verse several nearby in coming calls have grown to be long-distance calls. (which means that my spouse can't phone house from her office 8 kilometers away to confirm her boy, and there us no mobile phone because of the hills between.) I've spent hours about the telephone in the first week of installment attempting to have this fixed or even to get free from my agreement. (Had we recognized this will be the consequence of the change, we'd not need managed to get.) AT&T inspections of the were started, and at one-point I had been informed the issue was remote and could be fixed within 24 hours. Days passed with no change. At my last-call, I had been informed the prior detective was mistaken which it was a "recognized issue" and may not be resolved. I mentioned that I needed from the agreement but was informed that my one month test had handed and was required to pay for $180. If terminated service. (I had been delayed only long enough to entrap me in a-12 month agreement.) I had been also informed this wasn't an AT&T issue, that it had been the problem using the support of the different external callers. Not just that, however the U Verse wireless change is pokey and sporadic. I anticipate finishing my agreement and might suggest anybody searching for bundled telephone, Television & web providers to appear elsewhere.
