Core Concepts Mislead into signing contract, rip-off scam and conn

Sports

Signed up for a Groupon with this gym and enjoyed it a lot.

I was then mislead into signing a contract of which there is no way to get out. I told the Manager when I signed it I was here in the U. S temporarily, this was fine at the time as "these contracts can be cancelled if you move from the area", I also mentioned I would be away for the next few months and to hold the fees, however they didn't and still proceeded to charge my Credit Card.

I have since moved completely from the U. S and they still proceed to send letters of debt owed and even had the audacity to pass this to a debt collection agency for $2K!!! This is insanity as the services they offer for 5yrs wouldn't rack up that much!

AVOID this company and their BAD BAD business practices. They lie and cheat and you can read plenty of reviews about their practices.
