I too was taken by Steph's Bags. I placed an order on the 17th of December and was informed that the product was shipped out on the 19th. I have sent numerous emails and have made frequent attempts to contact her by phone and I have not yet received a response nor goods from this company. I would not recommend you do any business with Steph's Bags or anything affiliated with Stephanie Marsillett.
