Placed order for bags 3 weeks and nothing showed up! Of course money has been taken already! Terrible Business

I placed my order for bags on 6/3/09 and recieved confirmation email on 6/4/09 stating that the order has been confirmed. Stephs states 48 hours needed before products ship. Regardless of out of stock items, it doesnt take 2 weeks to sew some bags. I recieved an email stating the products were shipped on 6/13/09 and nothing has arrived.

A package doesnt take 12 days to arrive in Milwaukee from Kentucky!!! Ripoff! Charges $10 for shipping (1-5 days) and as of today i have recived no product or even a reponse to my email or phone calls. Terrible customer service and business in general. Its been over 3 weeks and I still am waiting.
