I ordered 8 cornhole bags in October over the internet from Steph's Bags. I promptly got an email conformation of the order and was promptly charged for the fee. The conformation email said the bags would be shipped soon and I would get an email to say when that occured.
Approximately 3 weeks later, I inquired as to the status and was promptly told they would ship that week. I got a conformation email for shipping with a USPS tracking number. A week later, no bags.
I emailed 3 more times and called and left a message on the phone number; no repsones. I followed up with the USPS and found out that the tracking number was assigned but no shipment ever went out. I finally disputed the charge with the credit card company and was refunded my money and still no response from good ole Steph. I have since read numerous other reports on various sites claiming the same faite and worse!!! Stay clear of this company regardless of any good reports you may read. Beware!
