Great bathtub, poor company. We'd our bathtub for five decades prior to the heat element went. I told then it had been the issue. They turned up three months later (in April), billed me $65 and explained it was the heater, that I'd need to ship away for that component plus they might return to do the installation. This can be a business that's therefore small income that they'll not manage to possess fundamental components within their vehicles. I bought the costly heater, the titanium heater, and three months later they mounted it.in December the heater went again, they turned up three days later and explained it had been the heater, etc. I stated, the heater had just survived for eight weeks, however they had no answer for that. The heater never arrived within the email, we named plus they informed us these were on 'holiday' for 2 months. We terminated the purchase, got our $200 support cash back. I named a completely independent, who arrived three times later, had the components within the truck and mounted the heat element. He explained that ThermoSpa had changed my heat element having a inexpensive stainless component, not the titanium element they'd billed me for. These men are cheating individuals with poor support and inexpensive components.
