Terrible company

To begin with, I'd usually never take some time to create a on the web, but these men deserve it, plus they've pressed me towards the edge. For a few months, I've waited on them to repair a small issue using the heater on my swimming - particularly, changing the igniter that shoots up the heater when it is switched on. 5, count'em - FIVE VISITS TERMINATED within the span of a few months AFTER I'd ALREADY PAID FOR THE COMPONENTS - TWICE!!! They initially changed the component, subsequently offered me-up the water on another $300 "cell" which ended up not to just NOT function as the issue, but rapidly shorted-out the remainder of the circuitry about the heater. Understanding they'd created a poor condition worse, then they proceeded to routine, and stop 5 more visits, usually with a few worthless justification (incorrect component arrived in, faulty component arrived in, etc.) every time, I established the visit as focused, simply to ask them to call-back (often your day of) to stop again. Nowadays, I got the whole day-off of work with what I wished could be my last encounter together - and wished to truly have the heater set. After waiting from 8am - 12 midday (as planned), I named and was informed "they are on the road". Named back one hour 5 later, and was informed "OOPS - there is a "arrangement issue"!!?? Whattt??? Subsequently - I am tranferred to "Dispatcher John", who obviously, might observe all the nightmarish info on my support background, but was not able to assist me whatsoever. Actually, he explained the support technology had been already to my home and had found another issue - COMPLETE REST. Therefore John moves me towards the Support Representative, who, just like a coward, let us me visit voice-mail, and that Iam done. I'dnot actually call-back - but again, I Have previously compensated them, and also have only lies, bad support, along with a damaged heater to exhibit for this. Runaway from these morons!!!
